Change starts in our own minds and bodies.
Yoga is self-inquiry. We meet ourselves every time we step on the mat. Moving with awareness opens the space of discovery, allowing each one of us to ask ourselves who we are at the deepest level. The more we ask questions, observe with curiosity and create space in the body and mind the more we see beautiful transformation in our own reality.
May we all find ourselves and meet one another in the LIGHT
I have studied yoga in many spheres at Yasodhara Ashram in BC, Canada, in Trinidad and Tobago with one of her teachers Raviji, with master teachers such as Rod Styker, Yoga Home, and Tias Little. As well as in an academic environment, I have a degree in Eastern Philosophy from Trinity College, CT, and currently study at The Goddard College in the Individualized Study Program, focusing in consciousness studies.
